I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?

Once you've completed checkout we're generally unable to make changes. Email us as quickly as you can and we'll do whatever we're able to before the order leaves us.

All prices are in US dollars. Wholesale customers see discounted pricing once signed in to an approved account.

Do you charge sales tax?

We're required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within Florida, unless you have a valid sales tax exemption on file.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at present — we ship within the United States only.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within two weeks of us receiving the return.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Then it's on us, not you. Email us and we'll refund you in full, including what you paid for shipping. You won't be out of pocket for something that arrived in poor condition.

Garden Works FAQ

What is Garden Works?

A manufacturer and wholesale supplier of high-end garden tools, gloves, and accessories since 1992. We make products that blend innovation, practicality, and durability for gardening enthusiasts and professionals alike.

Are Garden Works products made in the USA?

Many of our bestsellers — including the Soil Scoop, Tiger Trowel, and TuffTote Buckets — are proudly made in the USA.

What makes your stainless steel tools different?

Our stainless steel blades are crafted in Seattle, Washington, at a factory that also manufactures airplane engine components — which means exceptional strength and rust resistance.

How do I choose the right gloves?

Glove choice depends on the task. For roses and thorny plants, gauntlet gloves offer extended protection. For general weeding, lightweight nitrile or leather-palm gloves are best. We also offer insulated gloves for cold-weather gardening.

Do your gloves hold up against thorns and rough tasks?

Yes. The Deluxe Rose Pro's, Sylvan Shield, and Leather Pro Gloves are specifically reinforced for thorn and abrasion protection.

Are your tools and gloves machine washable?

Many gloves, including the Weeders Gloves and Cool Breeze Gloves, are machine washable. Tools should be hand-cleaned and dried to maintain their finish and durability.

How do I maintain and sharpen my garden tools?

Wipe blades clean after each use, sharpen with a diamond tool sharpener, and oil moving parts to prevent rust.

Are your tools ergonomically designed?

Yes. Many feature Comfort Grip handles made from recycled materials, padded straps, and ergonomic designs that reduce strain during extended use.

How do you approach sustainability?

We use recycled materials wherever possible, and our heirloom-quality tools are designed to last — which reduces landfill waste. Many products are crafted in the USA using sustainably sourced materials.

Star Kitchen & Home FAQ

What is Star Kitchen & Home?

The household and kitchen arm of the family — gloves, dusters, and kitchen essentials designed for people who care about what they use at home.

What makes True Blues different from other household gloves?

A tough vinyl shell with a 100% cotton seamless liner. They're latex-free, machine washable, and they won't crack the way latex or rubber gloves do. They also stand up to hot water and household chemicals. Most people who try them stop buying anything else.

How do I find my True Blues size?

All four sizes run 12 inches long. The difference is across the palm:

  • Small — 12" long x 4" wide
  • Medium — 12" long x 4.5" wide
  • Large — 12" long x 4.75" wide
  • X-Large — 12" long x 5" wide

The Deluxe Gauntlet gloves in our Gleam Team Sink Set are sized differently — Small/Medium and Medium/Large — so choose the one closest to your fit.

Can I put True Blues in the washing machine?

Yes. Machine washable, and they hold their shape.

Where can I buy Star Kitchen products in person?

In upscale gourmet, kitchen, and grocery stores nationwide.

Vinrella FAQ

What is Vinrella?

A full-size umbrella that stores inside a wine-bottle-shaped case. The patented design means your wet umbrella goes back into something sealed — so your bag, your car seat, and everything you're carrying stay dry.

Does the bottle really keep the water in?

Yes. The bottle is genuinely watertight when the cap is on. A wet umbrella goes straight in and nothing gets out.

Do I need to dry it first?

No. Put it back in wet, cap it, and go. When you get home, take the umbrella out and let it dry before storing it in the bottle again — that's the only care step.

How big is it?

The wine bottle style stands 12 inches tall closed, and its umbrella opens to 38 inches across. The water bottle style is a little more compact — 10.25 inches tall and 2.25 inches wide closed, with a 36-inch canopy. Either one fits in a bag, a car door pocket, or a desk drawer.

What's the difference between the wine bottle and the water bottle umbrella?

Same design and same watertight bottle in a different shape. The wine bottle is the icon, with the larger 38-inch canopy. The water bottle is the everyday version — slightly smaller all around, at 36 inches open.

Is it sturdy in wind?

The frame is steel and the umbrella is wind resistant. It's built to hold up in real weather, not just look good on a shelf.

Can I put my logo on it?

Yes — custom-printed Vinrellas are one of our most popular corporate, club, and winery gifts. Email info@vinrella.com with your artwork as an .ai file plus a .jpg or .pdf, for a quote.

Monarque FAQ

Does RFID blocking actually work?

Yes. Contactless cards talk to a reader over a short-range radio signal. Our RFID-blocking wallets are built with a conductive layer — an aluminum shell in the armored wallets, and a woven metallic fiber in the vegan leather styles and card sleeves — that interrupts that signal. A reader can't reach the chip while the card is inside and closed.

Which products are RFID-blocking?

RFID protection is built into our armored wallets, zipper wallets, slim wallets, keychain wallets, and card sleeves. Our crossbody bags, wristlets, eyeglass cases, round zipper cases, tape measures, and stainless steel card holders are not RFID-rated.

Which wallet should I choose?

They're built for genuinely different habits:

  • Armored Wallet — aluminum shell, 6 cards. The slimmest and toughest. Front pocket friendly. Our best seller.
  • Slim Wallet — 4 card slots and a center pocket for folded bills. The minimalist choice.
  • Keychain Wallet — 3 card slots, a zippered pocket, and a chain and keyring so your keys stay on the outside.
  • Zipper Wallet — 11-slot accordion interior, and a chunky toggle that clips to a bag strap. The roomiest of the compact styles.
  • Wristlet — 8 card slots, slip pockets, a zipped compartment, and room for most phones. Works as a small bag on its own.
  • Crossbody Bag — front pocket, divided interior for phone, wallet, and lip balm, with a 48-inch removable strap.

How many cards will it hold?

Armored wallet, 6 cards. Slim wallet, 4 plus folded bills. Keychain wallet, 3 plus a zippered pocket. Zipper wallet, an 11-slot accordion. Wristlet, 8 slots plus slip pockets.

What is vegan leather, and how does it hold up?

Vegan leather is a textured synthetic that looks and feels like leather without using any animal product. It wipes clean with a damp cloth, doesn't stain the way real leather does, and holds printed color far better. Our armored wallets use an aluminum shell instead, and our card holders are brushed stainless steel.

Will the artwork fade or peel?

The designs are printed into the surface rather than applied as a sticker or decal, so there's no edge to lift. The stainless steel card holders use an epoxy-printed finish specifically chosen to resist fading and chipping in a pocket.

Are the artist designs officially licensed?

Yes. Our Laurel Burch, Frida Kahlo, Mary Engelbreit, Mary Lake-Thompson, and Norman Rockwell ranges are all produced under license from the artists, their estates, or their foundations. Our other fine art designs — Van Gogh, Monet, Hokusai, William Morris — reproduce historic paintings and patterns that are in the public domain.

Can I get the same design on more than one product?

Often, yes. Many designs run across several styles, so you can match a wallet to an eyeglass case or a crossbody. Each product page lists the other formats that design is available in.
