We will exchange the product or refund your purchase price—excluding shipping costs— for any product that is not what you expected or does not work as described within 90 days of purchase.

Be sure to return the product in the same condition as received.

Pack the items and include a packing slip. Remove or cover the original shipping label.

Please allow two to three weeks for us to process your return. It might take an additional billing cycle for your issuing bank to list the credit on your credit card statement.
