I had an issue where the zipper got stuck beneath the fabric, I was unable to unzip the wallet again.
I spoke with the seller and she shipped a replacement the next day!
To keep the zipper issue from happening again, I placed a charm on the zipper so it could not go under the fabric.
Definitely will continue to purchase from this responsive seller.

Absolutely the cutest little zip purse ever! Not only is the pattern adorable (cats!) but the craftmanship feels sturdy and well made.
