The Fantasticats are the designs Laurel Burch is best loved for, long-limbed dream cats with knowing eyes and coats patterned in every color she could fit on them.
Laurel Burch was self-taught, and she started at nineteen hammering jewelry from scrap metal in San Francisco to support her children. She was born with a rare bone disease that broke her bones more than a hundred times and often kept her painting from a bed or a wheelchair. None of it made it into the work, which stayed joyful to the end.

Textured vegan leather cut down to the essentials: four exterior slots for cards and ID, and a center pocket for folded notes or receipts. Slim enough for a jacket pocket, the side pocket of a pair of leggings, or the smallest clutch. RFID-blocking throughout.

Loved the cute cats on it. Very colorful!
so so cute !! i love the cat design but i wish the colors were a bit more vibrant in person. also i thought it was real leather so thats my bad for not checking. it's pleather but i like the design enough to keep it.
The card holder is very attractive and seems well made but is too compact and tight to be used on a regular basis like a wallet might be. It would be helpful if the card slots were slightly longer and if there was a cut out for the thumb to help pull the cards out of the slots. I don't know what the center area can be used for since the edges cannot be pressed toward each other to flex the area open, and the cards make the. holder very stiff
not sure if material will last, but is so beautiful. I ordered because i love all the art about cats from Laurel Burch, and i have many items from this artist.
Nice. It's a little tight but I imagine the sleeves will loosen a bit with time.

Thank you for reviving one of my favorite artists: Laurel Burch! I am so happy to see her artwork on purses, shirts, bags, etc. I even saw some of her material on a quilt in Alaska. I did love that woman's work and still do!
